PUPPY CONTRACT

You have a 14 day health guarantee on the puppy from the time it leaves our kennel.  But remember you must take proper care of the pup for this 14 day guarantee to be valid. Each puppy is examined by our Vet before leaving our kennel.  We guarantee each puppy to be healthy when leaving. we guarantee the puppy to have had proper shots and deworming before leaving our kennel. Your puppy will have a health record  with it when you purchase it.  You must take the pup to your Vet within the first 48 hours after leaving our kennel.  If your Vet finds anything wrong with the pup and you do not wish to keep it you may return it for a REPLACEMENT ONLY.  You must show a receipt from the Vet dated and time pup was presented for examination.  You must also show in writing from the Vet what the problem was with the pup.  You may return the pup and choose another at that time if I have any available.  If not one will be made available to you as soon as possible.  The health of the pup is your sole responsibility after it leaves our kennel.  It is your responsibility to make sure all vaccinations are done at the proper time. 

  We do not guarantee temperament.  We have no control over the environment that a puppy is raised in. Environment can alter a puppies temperament greatly.

We do guarantee the puppy to OFA at 24 months.  We guarantee the hips to be good at that time.  You have until the pup is 26 months old to have the x-rays done.  After that the guarantee expires.  If the hips are not good we will replace the pup. You must show proof that the pup does have bad hips.  You can get a replacement for the pup as soon as proof has been made  available to us if we have any pups at that time.  If not we will make one available to you as soon as possible.  You may keep the animal it must be spayed or neutered and proof of that sent to us also before you can get another pup.  We also require the registration be returned to us.

We give a one year guarantee for any health problem not already covered above.  It must be something Genetic that will keep the dog from being a good pet, or for breeding, showing, or working.  You must notify me as soon as problem is found and a statement from your Vet.  Arrangements will be made for you to get a replacement animal.  You may or may not be required to return the  pup to get a replacement.

we guarantee the testicles to come down on males by the time they are 12 months old  we will replace pup if it is to be used for stud  if they do not come down.

PUPPY NAME WILL BE PICKED ACCORDING TO LITTER LETTER THE PUP WAS PRODUCED FROM.  YOU CAN CHOOSE THE NAME.  MY KENNEL NAME WILL BE ON THE BACK OF THE PUPPY'S  NAME.

We guarantee the pup to be AKC registered. we give full registration on all of our pups.

Any returns on pups will be done at your expense.

THIS CONTRACT IS NULL AND VOID IF PUP IS NEGLECTED  OR ABUSED.  MUST RECEIVE PROPER VACCINATIONS, DEWORMING, AND PROPER FOOD.

ALSO NONE OF THIS GUARANTEE  GOES  WITH THE PUP IF IT IS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE.

IF THE PUP IS ABUSED OR NEGLECTED AT ANY TIME DURING IT'S LIFE WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE IT BACK.
